Sheryl has had work published on the Grammy website in collaboration with Samite and Musicians for World Harmony, in Peter Jennings and Todd Brewster's book, In Search of America, as well as various media publications around the world.
The Community Foundation of Tompkins County, The Paleontological Research Institution and its Museum of the Earth, Cornell University, Ithaca College and the Ithaca/TC Convention and Visitors Bureau are just a few of the many local organizations Sheryl works with to create photographs that document a story and make an emotional statement about her subjects.
"Making photographs gives me the opportunity to recreate a feeling, share an experience and make a connection. My Dad's philosophy of life centered around 3 P's - Patience, Perseverance and Positive Thinking. I added a fourth - Passion, and those four P's propel me into creating my art and doing the business of photography. My work includes advertising/commercial, annual reports, special events, artwork and creative portraiture of humans and their furry friends."
