The Info-Log: Essential Updates About the New Member Directory
WELCOME TO THE NEW BLOC DIRECTORY UPGRADE!
We have upgraded the BLOC member directory and migrated all active members into a new system. This update gives members more control and more visibility.
In this page you will find info on:
Inside the new directory you can now:
Add photo galleries
Showcase your work and case studies
Upload videos
Update business info and add links
Share offers and deals
Manage your billing and profile in one place
Everything is managed through a simple login.
Accounts migrated, not cancelled
If you received a message saying your membership was cancelled and you did not request that, disregard it. That message was automatically triggered during the migration.
All active members have been successfully moved into the new system.
What you need to do
Since this is a new system, you will need to set a new password. Steps below:
Go to Member Login
Click “Request Password” using your email
Check your email for the generated password
Update your profile, upload content, and review your information
Once inside, you can also change your password to something you prefer.
If you run into any issues, contact us and we will walk you through it.
New members
If you are not yet listed in the directory and want to join:
Go to Member Sign-in
Create your account
Complete your profile
Make sure you are receiving BLOC emails
We send news, opportunities, and updates every two weeks. If you are not seeing them, they are likely going to spam or promotions.
Fix this by allowing gladys@businessleadersofcolors.ccsend.com emails in your inbox:
For Gmail
Open your Gmail settings
Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses
Create a new filter with gladys@businessleadersofcolors.ccsend.com
Select “Never send to Spam”
Optionally mark as important
Also check your Promotions tab and move a newsletter email into Primary.
For Outlook
Go to Settings
Open Mail, then Junk Email
Add gladys@businessleadersofcolors.ccsend.com to Safe Senders
Save changes
You can also right click a newsletter email and mark it as “Not Junk”.
The Outlook steps are for Outlook on the web (outlook.com). If your you use the desktop Outlook app, the path is slightly different — go to Home → Junk → Junk E-mail Options → Safe Senders tab.
Staying connected ensures you receive updates, opportunities, and important account information.
Access your account, update your profile, and take advantage of the new directory features.
