Locally formed, BLoC provides business and professional support to communities of color by marketing member businesses, offering training and providing administrative support and networking opportunities.Alternatives will primarily support this partnership through our Business CENTS Program. We are committed to BLoC’s mission to develop and strengthen the entrepreneurial efforts of people of color through our ongoing partnership.
