Travel to the heart of sub-Saharan Africa with Chef Kuukua as she whips up some of her favorite dishes. A native of Ghana, West Africa, Chef Kuukua is a recent transplant to the CNY region. Chef Kuukua’s reputation precedes her. She is returning to Upstate NY after having run pop-ups, cooking classes, community meals, and private chef dinners for two years in Columbus, Ohio. Join Mama Loyé’s Cafe to welcome Guest Chef Kuukua as she presents a four-course prix fixe menu. There will be a chance to win a discounted private chef package. Vegan and GF substitutions available.
